Heather Hazlett... Resides in Waxhaw, North Carolina. She is currently awaiting a kidney-pancreas transplant from Duke University and is not currently working and writing has become her life. We find ourselves part of a family
One we created all our own
Sisters bound by love in their hearts
Through connections only we know

You are the one I turn to
When my day has not been so good
I know I can talk to you
That what I say, will always be understood

Never has there been such a safe place
Where I can return over and over again
A place of comfort, laughter and joy
Among you my sisters, my friends

With out the worry of judgment
I can turn to you without fear
For any reason, good our bad
You will share in my laughter and tears
