Frank was my adopted Grampy, and he. He lived with diabetes for many years and lost his battle in Decemeber 2006. He was a friend I met through Starlite Cafe. I will always remember him singing to me Back Home In Indiana on the telephone when I'd call him and his wife Alice Ann.
Anita was another friend I met at Starlite Cafe. She ran several of the Starlite Poem Challenges, including one she did on her on, called Laugher Lines. She and I also collaborated with her on a poem called Clicques are for Cameras.
Toby Capri, flew into our lives September 2004. She was a sweet heart, and our little baby girl. My mom said once "only my daughter could love a bird." And this little angel is one of the many I have have loved. She was the sweetest little girl, not a mean bone in her body. She loved to snuggle and sing. We both sure do miss her a lot.
Stinker belonged to our friend Cathy. He was born at at my parents in the country, in a dog house of all places! He loved olives, and Doritios. He was a big cat, kinda reminded me of Garfiled. He was friendly to all who knew him, and he totally loved my husband! And anyone else who offered him food. He was a real moocher! I lost many a french fry to him!
Tator was my friend Jodi's cat. I never knew him, but he was a cutie! She says she will miss him walking her to and from the car each day.
